Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rde1996 ("rde1996", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rde1996 website located at https://rde1996.cam and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offers made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with rde1996, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rde1996 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by individuals under the age of 21, in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to the Malaysian market.
• You must be a human individual, registering in your own legal name. Registrations on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or third party are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of rde1996 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated, suspended, or closed by rde1996 for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with rde1996. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different personal details, or from the same device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. rde1996 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep credentials confidential.

• You must notify rde1996 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected security breach.
• Account sharing — granting access to your Account to any third party, family member, or friend — is strictly forbidden under these Terms.
• rde1996 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time through the KYC process, which may involve submission of government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee, as communicated to the Player prior to its application.
• Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting rde1996 customer support. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned subject to applicable verification requirements.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

rde1996 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the rde1996 platform:

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being held pending verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have previously been used to make a deposit into the same rde1996 Account. This anti-money laundering measure is non-negotiable.
• rde1996 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor in connection with deposits or withdrawals. rde1996 does not charge fees on standard transactions, but this may vary by payment method.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and network fees, which are outside rde1996's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

rde1996 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports bets, live casino games, and slots typically contribute at different rates. Refer to individual promotion pages for specific contribution breakdowns.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• rde1996 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional conditions, or deliberately structuring bets to circumvent wagering requirements.
• The Birthday Bonus is available to eligible VIP tier members in accordance with the tier-based bonus schedule. Entitlement is assessed against the Player's VIP tier as at the date seven (7) days prior to the Player's registered birthday.
• The Referral Bonus is credited upon a referred Player's successful first qualifying deposit, subject to minimum deposit requirements as specified in the referral programme terms at the time of participation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rde1996's sports betting markets — including but not limited to EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, and other international competitions — are subject to the specific rules of each market, as well as the general betting rules set out herein.

• Bets are final once confirmed. rde1996 does not accept cancellation or modification of a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules.
• rde1996 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable pricing error has occurred, where match integrity concerns are identified, or where bet settlement data is unavailable or disputed.
• Live betting (in-play) odds may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed prior to a suspension are settled at the odds accepted at the time of bet placement.
• Slot games, live dealer games, and all other casino products operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer streams from accredited providers. Advertised RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• rde1996 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any Player, market, or event at its sole discretion, without prior notification.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rde1996 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether under your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to make deposits.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, tournament, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using or deploying automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technological tools to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any Player identifying such an issue is required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting obligations, or any other financial crime using the rde1996 platform.
• Engaging in any form of systematic exploitation of bonus terms, commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse".
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing towards rde1996 staff or other players.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rde1996 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

rde1996's total aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their rde1996 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rde1996 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform integrity and uptime. Temporary service interruptions for maintenance, security patches, or unforeseen technical issues do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

rde1996 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the Services.

Suspension & Termination

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• rde1996 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity in connection with the Account.
• rde1996 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or court orders.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• rde1996 determines that maintaining the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

Upon termination of an Account for a breach of these Terms, rde1996 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, eligible funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rde1996 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact rde1996 customer support in the first instance. rde1996 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Disputes regarding bet settlement outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event or transaction.

rde1996's decision on all disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be final, subject to any rights the Player may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Amendments to These Terms
